All are welcome to St Colmcille’s church, Rathmore
St Colmcille’s is a rural church set in the picturesque village and community of Rathmore. The site dates back to pre-Christian times and the present church was built in the 18th century. It is a beautifully simple church that enables the worshipper to approach God with no distractions.
The worship is largely traditional and the congregation is very welcoming to all ages. Rathmore has a strong community and we have very good relations with Eadestown parish. The Eadestown Field Day has been organised between the two churches for over 50 years as an ecumenical community event.
